Terms of Service

Last updated April 2026 — placeholder draft

What Conjurio is

Conjurio is a Workflow Integration Plugin for DaVinci Resolve Studio that exposes paid AI services (image generation, image editing, single-frame and 240-frame relight, camera-angle re-rendering) on a credit basis. You buy credits, you spend them on AI actions, the results are saved to your account and re-importable into your Resolve timeline.

Credits

Credits do not expire. They are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. EU 14-day cooling off for purchases that haven't been used). If a billed AI job fails on the provider side we automatically refund the cost back to your balance.

You may not resell credits or transfer them between accounts.

Acceptable use

Don't use Conjurio to produce content that's illegal where you live, infringes someone else's rights, depicts real people in sexual or defamatory contexts, or targets children. We'll terminate accounts that do.

You own the inputs you bring into Conjurio (your plates, your reference images, your prompts). You also own the outputs we return to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Beeble, Kie, Modal — see their respective ToS).

Service availability

Conjurio is provided as-is during the alpha and beta phases. We'll do our best to keep things running, but we don't offer SLAs yet. If a provider is down, your credit-spending will be paused until it's back; nothing is charged for failed jobs.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conjurio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at the total credits purchased in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to active users 14 days before they take effect.
